Sharon Brown Pilates teaches the MENEZES METHOD TM pilates. This type of pilates is a unique and dynamic exercise system, created by Allan Menezes, Director of Pilates Institute of Australasia that helps you develop inner strength, a more shapely body, better posture, flexibility, balance and control.

It is extremely effective in balancing muscles by stretching and strengthening them to produce:
- stronger deeper core muscles
- leaner longer muscles
- reduction in back pain and stress levels
- increased stamina

With over 10 years experience teaching Pilates and over 20 years in the fitness industry, Sharon's knowledge and expertise will assist you to develop your inner strength, a more shapely body, better posture, flexibility, balance and control.

Classes run for 60 minutes and are suitable for beginners to intermediate and advanced participants. I also offer private tuition, by appointment only.

Our class timetable is structured based on a school term and bookings are essential for all classes. Class numbers are strictly limited.
