Online Classes

Continuing on with the success of our Term 3 Online classes, we are kicking off Term 4 on Monday 4 October by continuing with Online Group Mat Pilates classes for a flat rate per household - making it as easy as possible for you and a family member or flat mate to jump online and participate in at least one Online Mat Pilates class per week until such time as we can return to face-to-face classes again.

To continue to be adaptable for the ever-changing restrictions, we are going to work on a 2 week basis for Term 4. This means that we will be booking 2 weeks at a time. This may allow for us to return to face-to-face teaching at some point prior to the end of the term.

Sharon Brown Pilates teaches the MENEZES METHOD TM pilates. This type of pilates is a unique and dynamic exercise system, created by Allan Menezes, Director of Pilates Institute of Australasia that helps you develop inner strength, a more shapely body, better posture, flexibility, balance and control.

It is extremely effective in balancing muscles by stretching and strengthening them to produce:
- stronger deeper core muscles
- leaner longer muscles
- reduction in back pain and stress levels
- increased stamina

By strengthening your core, you will stand taller, have fewer back problems, a flatter stomach and a leaner waist.

With over 13 years experience teaching Pilates and over 25 years in the fitness industry, Sharon's knowledge and expertise will assist you to develop your inner strength, a more shapely body, better posture, flexibility, balance and control.

Classes run for 60 minutes and are suitable for beginners to intermediate and advanced participants. Private tuition available by appointment only.

Our class timetable is structured based on a school term and bookings are essential for all classes. Class numbers are strictly limited.
