About Me

Sharon Brown Pilates teaches the MENEZES METHOD TM Pilates. This type of Pilates is a unique and dynamic exercise system, created by Allan Menezes, Director of Pilates Institute of Australasia that helps you develop inner strength, a more shapely body, better posture, flexibility, balance and control.

Sharon Brown is the head instructor and has over 10 years experience teaching Pilates and over 20 years in the fitness industry. My knowledge and expertise will assist you to develop your inner strength, a more shapely body, better posture, increased flexibility, balance and control.

Classes run for 60 minutes and are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced participants. Private tuition or small groups is also available, by appointment only.

Our class timetable is structured based on the NSW School Term. Bookings are essential for all classes. Class numbers are strictly limited.
