Sharon Brown Pilates teaches the MENEZES METHOD TM Pilates. A unique & dynamic exercise system in the Pilates world, that takes you a “step beyond Pilates” TM. Created by Allan Menezes (pictured with Sharon Brown), Director of Pilates Institute of Australasia. It is extremely effective in balancing muscles by stretching & strengthening them to produce: a stronger/deeper core; longer leaner muscles; reduced back pain, increased stamina.
