“I recently joined Sharon Brown Pilates and have been doing Pilates with her for the past 2 terms.
She is an excellent communicator, caring for all in her classes, fully explaining each exercise.
To be honest, I thought that I was going to be a bit embarrassed (not the most “flexible person) but have found the opposite. Sharon really places a great deal of effort and personal attention to each individual.
